Performance Marketing Manager
Join a scaling streetwear brand - London / Hybrid
About the company
A rapidly emerging luxury streetwear brand at a pivotal growth stage. This company is recognised as one of the most culturally fluent menswear brands in the UK market.
About the role
You will take full, hands-on ownership of the brand's digital performance engine. The core objective is to drive the highest quality, lowest cost traffic and grow Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) relative to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through smarter paid media, CRO, and retention strategies.
Roles & responsibilities…
1. Paid Media & Acquisition (Meta-First focus)
Fully own and scale Meta performance marketing (core focus) and Google/other paid channels.
Develop and manage creative testing frameworks (UGC, brand assets) and full-funnel architecture to optimise Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Lead the project to in-house all performance activity away from external agency support.
2. E-commerce & CRO
Own the entire onsite journey (on Shopify), with the mandate to materially increase conversion rate.
Implement high-impact CRO improvements via merchandising optimisation, mobile-first UX, and optimising landing pages and PDPs.
3. CRM & Retention
Own all email flows, campaign calendar, and segmentation.
Build out elevated lifecycle automation architecture (welcome, post-purchase, winback, VIP).
About you
This role requires a hands-on, dual-brained operator (art + science) with sharp brand sensitivity and an entrepreneurial instinct.
Deep hands-on expertise in Meta performance marketing with proven results.
Experience managing paid media for fashion, luxury, streetwear or aspirational DTC brands.
Strong Shopify competence (merchandising, CRO, app layer, landing pages).
Analytical, commercially minded, autonomous, decisive, and comfortable working inside a fast-paced, founder-led creative environment.
This role is designed to evolve into a Head of Digital / Head of Performance position within 12-24 months, where you will scope and build out the future growth team.
