Project Manager - Ecommerce
base salary £60,000, Hybrid, 3 days per week in Southampton
We’re hiring a Project Manager to help deliver key projects inside a fast-growth wellness brand.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who understands ecommerce platforms, project planning, cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management, and who wants to help a scaling business launch features, campaigns and improvements with consistency and speed.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week at the HQ in Southampton.

What you’ll do
Own end-to-end delivery for projects, from scoping and planning through to launch and review
Create and maintain clear project plans, milestones, dependencies and risks
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Ops, Customer Service and external agencies or vendors
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular, concise updates to senior leadership
Track project budgets, resource needs and timelines to keep delivery predictable
Run retrospectives and capture lessons to improve delivery processes over time
What we’re looking for
Experience managing digital or ecommerce projects in a scaling business
Comfortable creating and managing project plans, risk logs and stakeholder communications
Good technical understanding of common ecommerce platforms, integrations and release processes
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to delivery
Excellent communicator who can translate technical detail for commercial stakeholders
Experience working at pace in a scale-up or founder-led environment preferred
Reliable, proactive and low ego
