Project / Programme Manager - Online Consumer Health
Base salary circa £60,00 + excellent benefits, Hybrid, minimum 2 days on site per week, with c=some travel .
About the Business
Our client is a fast-growing consumer health business operating in a rapidly evolving category based in Southampton. The business is scaling quickly and responsibly, with cross-functional teams that move at pace.
The Role
This is a Programme / Project Manager role focused on delivering online consumer health initiatives across acquisition, retention and monetisation. You will coordinate multiple workstreams across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain and Distribution teams to deliver measurable improvements to the customer lifecycle. The role requires someone who can translate strategy into clear delivery plans, remove blockers, and ensure experiments and releases run smoothly from discovery through to measurement and iteration.

Experience and capabilities
Essential
Strong track record delivering cross-functional projects in a fast-paced DTC, eCommerce, consumer services, (healthcare, or regulated environment a plus)
Excellent programme management fundamentals: scoping, planning, governance, RAID management, stakeholder management, and execution discipline.
Evidence of shipping outcomes, not just running processes.
Able to work confidently with commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders.
Strong written communication: concise updates, decision capture, and exec-level reporting.
Highly valuable
Formal PM qualification (PRINCE2 / APM / PMP or Agile equivalent) is beneficial, but we value proven delivery in complex environments over certificates.
Experience spanning fulfilment, pharmacy/clinical ops, customer operations, and growth teams.
Experience onboarding agencies or external partners and operationalising the working model.
Familiarity with PMO-style operating models, with the judgment to keep governance lightweight and outcome-driven.
Comfort operating close to leadership with high trust, pace, and responsibility.
