A globally recognised, founder-led DTC brand in the personal growth and intentional living space is entering its next chapter and is looking for a Director of Marketing & Growth to help shape it.
This is a profitable eight-figure business with international reach, strong margins and a deeply loyal customer base. Its products have become daily rituals for millions of people around the world. It has sold over four million units globally and built a brand that carries real emotional weight with its community.
The ambition now is clear: build a disciplined, modern growth engine capable of scaling beyond $100M in revenue without compromising the integrity, tone or values that made the brand successful in the first place.
This role sits at the centre of that ambition.
About the role
You will own the full marketing ecosystem: brand, content, social, paid media, e-commerce, retention and international expansion. You’ll be responsible for turning a strong brand and loyal community into a more structured, resilient and predictable growth system.
Key areas of focus include:
• Defining and leading the multi-year marketing strategy aligned to revenue and enterprise value goals
• Strengthening performance marketing with disciplined CAC and contribution margin management
• Elevating lifecycle and retention into a true growth lever to increase LTV and reduce paid dependency
• Building repeatable content and creator systems across key social platforms
• Improving attribution, incrementality testing and KPI clarity
• Expanding international demand in a structured and commercially sound way
• Building and leading a high-calibre marketing organisation with clear operating cadence
About You
This is a role for a builder, someone who has scaled a DTC or consumer brand meaningfully and understands how brand equity and performance marketing reinforce one another.
You will be commercially fluent. Comfortable with P&Ls, LTV, CAC, MER and contribution margins. Confident presenting to board level. Capable of bringing structure, clarity and accountability to a growing organisation.
Equally important, you will respect the soul of the brand. This is not growth at any cost. It is sustainable expansion built on trust, quality and community.
Experience in wellness, lifestyle, personal development or founder-led businesses would be highly relevant, though not essential.
