This role will lead CRM strategy and execution for one of their key clients. The successful candidate will combine strong technical CRM knowledge with a creative, data-led approach to customer lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement client CRM strategies focused on retention, reactivation and maximising customer lifetime value across email, SMS and owned channels.

Segmentation & Personalisation: Design and maintain robust audience segmentation and personalisation logic using behavioural, transactional and lifecycle data to improve engagement and conversion.
Platform Management: Manage CRM platforms and integrations (ESP, CDP, marketing automation tools) and work closely with engineering and analytics to ensure reliable data flows and campaign deliverability.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with account leads, paid media, creative and product teams to ensure CRM activity is aligned with acquisition, brand and product initiatives.
Deliverability & Compliance: Own deliverability best practice, sender reputation and compliance with UK and EU data and privacy regulations (PECR, GDPR).
Client Management & Mentoring: Act as day-to-day CRM lead for client account, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor more junior CRM or marketing team members during the interim engagement.
External Representation & Thought Leadership: Represent the agency externally at networking and thought-leadership events, building relationships and strengthening our presence in the market.
Experience & Background
Proven experience in a senior CRM or lifecycle marketing role within an agency or in-house at DTC beauty, skincare, FMCG or digitally native brands.
Hands-on experience with major ESPs and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable) and familiarity with CDPs.
Strong technical understanding of CRM integrations, API-based data flows, event/tracking schemas and segmentation logic.
Track record of driving retention and revenue through lifecycle programmes, automation and personalisation.
