About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing leader with strong commercial and paid media experience to drive our customer acquisition strategy. This role is ideal for someone who’s scaled e-commerce brands through rigorous performance marketing and is ready to take strategic ownership while managing high-performing agency partners.
You'll own our core acquisition engine — overseeing external partners, guiding creative strategy, and aligning paid media efforts with broader growth objectives. At the outset, you’ll manage a paid search agency, so strong channel knowledge and the ability to set clear direction and targets are essential.
- Own strategy and performance across all paid media channels, with a core focus on paid search (Google, etc.) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Oversee and manage our paid search agency partner, ensuring execution is aligned with business goals and performance targets.
- Lead creative testing and optimisation in collaboration with our brand team, using data to inform messaging, format, and channel mix.
- Work with our SEO and content teams to grow organic performance and support full-funnel efficiency.
- Oversee CRM, app, and subscription initiatives to improve repeat purchase rates and maximise LTV.
- Align acquisition and retention strategies for a cohesive customer experience
- Partner with the senior leadership to align channel performance with company targets.
- Provide clear reporting and insights across performance marketing efforts, surfacing growth opportunities and risks.
- Help build internal capabilities over time, while continuing to guide agency and external partnerships
About You
- Experience leading performance marketing/trading in £50m+ ARR, hyper-growth businesses
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in building and managing cross-functional teams.
- A relentless drive to achieve ambitious targets and a proven ability to operate in a high-paced, evolving environment.
