About the role
This pivotal role involves managing strategic partnerships for our direct-to-consumer commercial partnerships offerings while also proactively identifying and securing high-value corporate events and group bookings. The manager will oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and negotiation to collaborating with operations for seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across all revenue channels: Commercial Partnerships, Corporate Sales, and High-Value Group Bookings.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with third-party experience providers (e.g., Red Letter Days, Buyagift) to expand the reach of our vouchers and gift packages.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new high-value corporate clients for events.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial lead generation and proposal submission to closing the sale.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of non-salon gifting sales
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and partnership clients, nurturing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and present bespoke event proposals and packages tailored to client-specific needs.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure a seamless handover and flawless execution of all events where necessary
- Monitor and report on all key performance indicators (KPIs) for the combined areas of focus, including revenue, new client acquisition, and average order value (AOV).
About you
Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, business development, and partnership management, preferably within the events, hospitality, or a related industry.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
