DAY-TO-DAY THE JOB WILL INVOLVE…
Reporting directly into the Head of Paid Media, you will have the opportunity to own paid media channels - developing and implementing our clients’ paid media campaigns and be responsible for the ongoing optimisation spanning paid social, paid search, affiliate marketing, programmatic display and more.
You’ll manage a portfolio of campaigns across multiple brands and clients with the ultimate aim of increasing revenue, customer engagement and awareness. In addition to this, you’ll be adopting a test, learn, evaluate approach throughout whilst introducing new platforms too.
Your role will also include....
- managing paid digital campaigns across multiple brands and channels, from brief creation, formulating and deploying strategies and tactics, through to post campaign analysis
- working with our clients’ marketing and adjacent commercial functions (as well as TGF internal teams) to consolidate planning of performance activities (search, paid social, programmatic buying etc.) in line with trading and marketing calendars (combining always on activities vs campaigns etc.)
- managing affiliate accounts in collaboration with our partners in order to drive incremental sales for clients as well as upskill if necessary
- managing audience building, segmentation and campaign set up within the Paid Media channels whilst also working with CRM teams to identify new opportunities.
- working alongside the wider Growth Foundation team and client teams to structure and run well thought out tests that will feed into the performance of the wider business
- honing in on the creative process between the digital marketing and creative teams - building out iterative testing plans for each channel, use data where possible to inform business decision making
- supporting the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in producing short/long-term forecasts to ensure budgets are invested as effectively as possible, delivering maximum performance and ROI across the appropriate channels and platforms
- developing and delivering regular reporting and insight on campaign performance, adjusting actions accordingly to inform ongoing channel plans
- continuously improving ways of working - evolving the use of systems and processes for efficient workflows
- building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal GF team, client base and third-party stakeholders
- keeping up to date with market trends to drive digital expertise and adoption of new martech tools - adopting and test new platforms over time where relevant
RESPONSIBILITY:
Further amplify client results through performance marketing channels with call to action to aid sustainable growth, reducing customer acquisition costs while increasing customer lifetime value.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
This role is for you if you…
- have at least 2 years of experience working in digital marketing roles
- have a good understanding of retail, eCommerce, and marketing businesses
- possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills and proven ability to leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions
- are able to effectively navigate, communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
- have a working knowledge of biddable media and key partner platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter and the equivalent)
- have experience in setting up and delivering successful campaigns across digital media, especially paid search and paid social
- are proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required, experience with Google Analytics is desirable
- have an understanding and experience of relevant supporting technologies including the Google Advertising Suite (GA, Data Studio, Tag Manager, Google Ads) would be desirable
- have previous agency experience (a bonus!)
