They are looking for an Activation Marketing Manager to join their team and take a hands-on role in delivering client projects across brand and product launches, retail activations, events, partnerships, digital, social and content.

This is a role for someone who loves the delivery side of marketing – taking a brief, turning it into a clear plan and making sure everything comes together brilliantly.

You will work across multiple projects and stakeholders, managing campaigns from initial brief and creative development through to launch, measurement and optimisation.

What you will be doing

• Planning and delivering integrated marketing activations across multiple client projects.

• Managing campaigns across brand and product launches, events, partnerships, retail, digital, social, content and experiential.

• Turning client briefs, audience insight and commercial priorities into clear activation plans.

• Owning projects from initial brief and creative development through to delivery and evaluation.

• Creating campaign briefs, timelines, budgets, channel plans and measures of success.

• Working closely with clients, internal teams, agencies, suppliers and external partners to keep projects moving.

• Coordinating events, brand experiences, sponsorships and partnership activity where relevant.

• Ensuring everything delivered is consistent with each client's brand positioning, tone of voice and visual identity.

• Monitoring campaign performance and using data, customer feedback and insight to improve future activity.

• Managing budgets, purchase orders, invoices and supplier relationships.

• Supporting the development of marketing content, collateral and communications.

• Presenting campaign plans, progress and results to senior stakeholders.

What we are looking for

You will have experience within activation, brand, campaign, experiential or integrated marketing and be confident managing campaigns from brief through to delivery.

You will be someone who enjoys being close to the detail, can keep multiple projects moving at once and is equally comfortable working with creative ideas, clients, suppliers and campaign performance.

You will bring:

• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Strong project management and organisational skills.

• Experience managing agencies, suppliers, partners and cross-functional teams.

• A good understanding of customer engagement, brand experience and the marketing funnel.

• Commercial awareness and experience managing campaign budgets.

• Confidence using data and insight to measure campaign performance.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• An understanding of digital marketing, social media and customer communications.

• The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using marketing, project management and reporting tools would also be beneficial.
