Product Manager - Tech

The Role
This is a high-agency product leadership role for someone who obsesses over the leakiest parts of the funnel and takes personal ownership of acquisition and retention performance. You will own the full customer lifecycle - from first click through long-term engagement - building the product-led growth loops that drive conversion, reduce churn, and expand lifetime value.
Core Responsibilities
Acquisition, Activation & the First 90 Days
Own the roadmap for the critical first 90 days, with clear Day 30/60/90 milestones
Improve activation and habit formation through education, nudges, and confidence-building UX
Fix journey friction and handoff breakdowns across product, clinical, and fulfilment operations
Partner with Growth Marketing to ensure the promise and product experience consistently align
Churn Defence
Build proactive, signal-driven retention systems before customers reach cancellation intent
Identify at-risk cohorts and design automated, product-led interventions
Create a repeatable churn insight loop covering reasons, drivers, leading indicators, and countermeasures
Save & Rescue Flows
Redesign cancellation into a value-led rescue system with dynamic, context-aware pathways
Implement pausing, plan pivots, dose adjustments, and clinically appropriate alternatives
Ensure all save flows are ethical, clinically aligned, and genuinely improve customer outcomes
Monetisation & Expansion
Identify product-qualified moments to move customers into higher-value tiers or support levels
Improve ARPU, NRR, and LTV through smarter onboarding and clear progression logic
Partner with Commercial and Clinical teams to keep monetisation aligned with trust and outcomes
Experimentation at Pace
Run a high-velocity test-and-learn roadmap across the full funnel
Design and prioritise multivariate and cohort experiments across acquisition, retention, and monetisation
Build a culture of shipping, measurement, and iteration
Stakeholder Alignment & Delivery
Work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Customer Operations
Translate strategy into clear requirements and delivery plans
Communicate insights, experiment results, and roadmap decisions with pace and clarity
What We're Looking For
Essential
Extensive product management experience with a strong focus on growth, retention, or monetisation in consumer-facing digital products
Proven track record reducing churn and improving LTV in subscription or repeat-purchase environments
Strong product discovery capability, including user research into churn drivers and win-back levers
Comfortable with cohort analysis, multivariate testing, survival curves, and funnel analytics
Strong communicator, able to translate complex data into clear decisions for non-technical stakeholders
Experienced in Agile delivery environments, shipping frequently alongside Design and Engineering
Highly Valuable
Experience in healthcare, regulated products, or high-trust consumer categories
Background working cross-functionally with clinical operations and customer support teams
Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or GA4; SQL literacy a plus
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to link product decisions to unit economics, contribution margin, and LTV:CAC
Comfortable operating close to leadership with high trust, pace, and accountability
