Digital Trading Manager
Fast growing beauty brand seeking an Digital Trading Manager to drive online sales, manage the trading calendar and optimise performance across D2C and TikTok Shop channels.
We’re working with a fast-growing beauty brand who are looking for a Digital Trading Manager to take ownership of trading across their D2C site and TikTok Shop.
This is a newly created role with real scope. You’ll have the freedom to shape strategy, test ideas, and directly influence revenue growth across multiple channels.
What you’ll be doing:
Owning digital trading performance across TikTok Shop and the eCommerce site
Driving sales through trading plans, campaigns, and commercial initiatives
Planning and executing the trading calendar (launches, promos, seasonal activity)
Analysing performance and turning data into clear actions
Working closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to align activity
Spotting trends (especially across TikTok) and jumping on opportunities early
Managing merchandising, product visibility, and onsite experience
What they’re looking for:
Strong experience in an eCommerce trading role
Comfortable owning revenue targets and performance metrics
Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
An interest in TikTok commerce (hands-on experience is a bonus, not a must)
Someone proactive, commercial, and happy working in a fast-paced environment
A genuine interest in beauty, DTC brands, or consumer trends
