About the Role
They are now looking for a creative, commercially minded TikTok Manager to fully own and scale there TikTok presence end-to-end. This role is perfect for someone who gets TikTok culture, understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem, and knows how to turn content, creators, and LIVE shopping into results.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the TikTok strategy across organic content, TikTok Shop, and TikTok LIVE - driving awareness, engagement, and conversion.
What you’ll be doing:
Owning the TikTok channel strategy, content calendar, and day-to-day execution
Concepting, creating, and publishing high-performing TikTok content (organic + paid-ready)
Managing the TikTok Shop backend: product listings, pricing, stock alignment, affiliates, promos, and order flow
Planning and running TikTok LIVE sessions (calendars, run-of-show, hosts, creators, products)
Optimising LIVE formats for both engagement and sales
Staying ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and commerce features
Briefing, sourcing, and managing creators and UGC across organic, Shop, and LIVE
Collaborating closely with creative, performance, and e-commerce teams to hit revenue goals
Tracking and analysing performance across TikTok, TikTok Shop, and LIVE
Managing community engagement, comments, and LIVE interactions
Supporting product launches and campaigns through TikTok storytelling and LIVE drops
About You
You’re equal parts creative and commercial - you love making content, but you also care about performance and results.
2+ years’ experience managing TikTok for a brand or creator-led business
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate tools
Experience planning or hosting TikTok LIVE shopping sessions
A proven track record of driving engagement and revenue through TikTok
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and creator culture
Confidence filming, editing, and directing short-form video
Comfort briefing creators and appearing on camera when needed
A commercial mindset with solid analytical skills
Strong organisation skills and the ability to move fast in a high-growth environment
A passion for beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands (big plus)
