About the Role
TGF is now looking for an Operations Manager to continue to improve clarity, coordination, project / resourcing management and continuity across our client work streams.
You will be the glue between our client teams, freelancers, and internal stakeholders, making sure each workstream and project runs efficiently to ensure client happiness and growth. You will ensure team members are on-boarded and briefed properly, and our clients experience seamless service. You’ll help build the structure, communication, and systems that keep everyone aligned and performing.
You’ll also take the lead on the end-to-end delivery of our external event series Founders’ Foundations events , along with other Marketing initiatives, working with our Marketing team to ensure every touchpoint before, during, and after is executed with precision and care.

- Client Communication Support
- Operational Excellence
- Event Management - Founders' Foundations
About the Person
- 3 years minimum in an Operations, Client Services or Project Management role
- MUST have background from Marketing Agencies
- Strong Track record in managing client projects & events from end to end
- Comfortable managing freelancers and full-time team members across time zones
- Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills with both experience with clients and internal teams
- Experienced with tools like Slack, Gdrive and project management systems
What is on offer
- £38,000 to £42,000 per annum base salary + performance bonus
- Travel to the office paid - 1 or 2 days a week, 3 days a week working from home
