About the role
HexClad are seeking an International eCommerce Manager to oversee and manage all eCommerce operations across multiple Shopify stores.
This remote role involves merchandising, customer experience optimisation, competitor analysis, and online trading.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eCommerce tools, a strategic mindset, and the ability to get hands on autonomously. Your success will be measured by the store conversion rate, AOV and revenue growth. Come get in the kitchen and help HexClad shape the future of cookware for everyone.
Accountabilities include:
GTM Development: Developing pricing strategies backed into contribution margin and running pricing tests.Planning and executing onsite tasks set by the growth team, including translations and media, optimising the store view for maximum performance.
Website Custodianship: Work closely with Head of Website on merchandising, planning and executing offers, driving key actions such as email sign-ups, running CRO tests, and customer surveys agreed by the growth and retention teams to increase AOV, conversion rate, and LTV on the website
- Managing all website-related activities across store views, including overseeing and building landing pages, funnels, implementing sales, and new features.
- Ensuring the website is bug-free and pixel-perfect, and always addressing issues and quality assurance.
- Monitoring and creating online reports and web analytics to inform commerce strategy.
CX Ownership: Own of customer experience, ensuring a tailored experience across every touchpoint on the customer journey. Conducting surveys and deep customer research to expand our understanding of the best customer cohorts by territory.
- Ensuring all plugins, apps, and data flow are working correctly and maintained.
- Adjusting product display and inventory requirements based on territory preferences.
- Informing the full funnel from advertising to post-purchase advocacy with onsite learnings.
- Focusing on localised market preferences and ensuring they are accounted for on the site.
Cross Collaboration: Working with growth, brand and retention teams to implement and execute strategies. Collaborating with customer support teams to enhance overall customer service and resolve eCommerce-related issues.
- Ensuring internal planning and monitoring systems are updated, and strategies are executed on time and to a high standard.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with territory laws and regulations.
Inventory Management: Managing inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and liaising with logistics teams, as well as managing and proposing optimal merchandise assortment per channel.
About you
- 5+ years of experience as an eCcommerce manager or agency eCommerce manager, ideally in fast-growing companies where autonomy and effective decision-making are highly valued.
- Exceptional organisational skills, diligence, and high standards.
- Strong grasp of ecommerce and the dynamics across teams.
- Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while remaining calm and effective.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce and all aspects of commerce trading.
- Operational proficiency in paid media, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), and analytics.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Northbeam, capable of running complex tests and generating detailed reports.
- Ability to manage multiple teams across different time zones
- Strong understanding of UX best practices.
- Proficient with tools like Figma, Klaviyo, and other e-commerce SaaS platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Deep understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, Northbeam, and other e-commerce SaaS tools. - Experience with top-tier e-commerce tools like Klaviyo, Motion, and others.
- An interest in the culinary and cookware world
- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
